Following the success of our London Fashion Week store, LDC is BACK for Spring/ Summer with its experience-led “Meet the Maker” concept store this May. This time we are heading to the bustling Exmouth Market, in the heart of Clerkenwell, for two weeks – 10-24th May.
Bringing together 10+ of the best in under-the-radar independent fashion, accessories and lifestyle brands under one roof, expect limited edition and one-of-a-kind products, LDC and designer hosted experiences & events, and the opportunity to meet the makers behind the brand. Find out the designers unique stories, how they create their collections and how they infuse ethical and sustainable practices into their production and business as a whole… and pick up the perfect addition to your summer wardrobe while you’re at it!
We will be stocking items from Linnie Mclarty’s handmade statement jewellery sculpted ethically from Fairtrade silver and gold, and Gung Ho Design’s London-made organic clothing connecting people to the social and environmental issues depicted on their designs, to REIN’s London’s intricate laser cut satin dresses made in London, and House Thirteen‘s summer-ready jewellery handmade by craftsmen in the artisanal heart of Bali – we have your summer shopping responsibly covered.

We are The London Designers Collective – We unite independent designers in hosting experience led concept stores, and create a resource sharing community. We connect independent fashion + lifestyle brands to their direct audiences, empowering consumers to discover + shop independent, transparent and unique product.
Since 2016 we’ve been revolutionising retail + the way we consume. All our brands are local, independent labels, fuelled by nothing but passion. We create short term concept stores appearing for 1-2 weeks at a time anywhere across London, creating a platform for consumers to discover + shop from independent brands with traceable and mindful practices, selling unique, exclusive + one of a kind items incomparable to that on the high street. From basement-loomed British wool knitwear where every piece is 100% one of a kind, through to bamboo underwear with antibacterial properties made here in the UK or cauldron mixed candles hand poured in East London, we connect these brands directly to you.
Each of our stores are an opportunity to share the best in independent fashion + lifestyle labels, created by exceptional young entrepreneurs spanning the full spectrum of London. We create a retail platform with a mind to the future.

LDC is the result of emerging London fashion brands’ desire to actively take the reins of their small and independent businesses; by focusing on selling direct, building relationships and understanding their customers needs and wants.
REIN founders Rebecca and Gemma launched London Designers Collective in 2016, as a means to collaborate with like minded brands, maximising a united reach – 10 brands working together has 10 times the customer base, resources and network. Encouraged by the abilities of social media and online presence, the designers have joined forces – Together as a collective they are harnessing their united power! With a goal of innovating retail and customer experience, the London Designers Collective gives a united voice to small, independent brands, hosting regular concept stores featuring a high-curated selection of lifestyle and fashion. LDC, like its founders, supports female founded and empowering brands. With regular networking events and talks focused on supporting women in business. As a united force LDC is able to react and move dynamically, to shape the future of experience led retail.
